Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, including any protective materials and tags

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Digital gift cards

  • Items marked as “Sale” at the time of purchase


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
